Adding a 2nd story to an existing garage

This is our feature 1-bedroom plan that we made by adding a second story to an existing garage that we built for the previous owner years ago. We used power beams to make an overhang on two different sides. The exterior and interior doors are from The Detering Company; cabinets are from Durastone Corporation; the JeldWen windows are from our friends at Grogan Building Supply; the white quartz countertops are from Granite Master.
